For engagement rings, we recommend starting the process 2-3 months before your proposal to allow for enough time to design and finalise your perfect ring! 

Production time will take around 2-3 weeks for engagement rings as well as all jewellery but we can expedite this process upon request.

All our rings and jewellery are made in Hong Kong - with bench jewellers (sifu's) that have been in the industry for 30-40 years!

Most of our diamonds are certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and we include the certification with our engagement rings and jewellery.

We also offer certification for our coloured diamonds as well as coloured gemstones (either GIA or Gem Research Swisslab).

No - we only deal with natural untreated diamonds.  

We will help you curate a selection of diamonds for you based on your preferences. Feel free to show us pictures of the ring or jewellery you would like and we can create something custom for you.

We have around 500-700 GIA certified diamonds in our inventory for your detailed selection. We can also source beyond our stock list as per your request.

We usually take a 20-50% deposit for each jewellery order. Payable by cash or bank transfer.

All products (ready-made and made-to-order) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Changes are not allowed after a deposit has been paid for made-to-order items. Any changes will require a new order and your original deposit would be forfeited.

We will retain your jewellery order for up to 3 months from the date your order is ready for pick-up. After 3 months, your deposit and jewellery order will be forfeited.

2. HK Standard Shipping: $200 HKD (3-5 Business Days)

3. Hong Kong Free Shipping over HK$10,000: Free (3-5 Business Days)

4. Same Day Delivery: $250 HKD flat rate

Note: Hong Kong deliveries are processed through local courier.

Rest of World:

1. Standard Shipping: $300 HKD (7-9 Business Days)

2. Express Shipping: $350 HKD (5-7 Business Days)

Import duties tax is not included in shipping charges. Import duties or customs tax is based on your local country’s importation regulations.
